in your posting, the background behind the text "The King of Attolia" looks purple. out in the real, the color is pink. i've wondered lately if that was a tip to the romance crowd. was it an aesthetic choice or a semiotic one?

This is the third book in a series. The first "The Thief" was blue, the second " The Queen of Attolia" was green, and "The King of Attolia" red. The colors help unify the series and make each book its own.

But you are right in thinking the colors were chosen to fit the moods of the stories.; 12:59 PM
